The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. is organizing a Special Oath-Taking Ceremony in collaboration with the Professional Regulation Commission and the PICE Iloilo Chapter. Please take time to read all of the guidelines to avoid any inconvenience during the oathtaking ceremony.

General Information

• Date: May 18, 2026
• Check-in Begins: 1:00PM (Please be early to avoid long queues)
• Program Proper Begins: 3:00PM (Late participants may be refused admission)
• Venue: Iloilo Convention Center, Mandurriao, Iloilo City
• Attire: Filipiniana (adhering to standards set by the PRC), Guests may wear smart/business casual
• Reminder: Wearing of facemasks are optional. Participants and guests experiencing flu-like symptoms are encouraged to wear facemasks at all times.
• Deadline of Registration: May 16, 2026, 11:59PM (Late registrants may experience delay in the receipt of their ticket/event confirmation.)

Event Registration Steps

1. PICE Membership. Apply for PICE Membership through the New PICE Membership Portal: https://pice-sme.smartpay.ph (Membership Fee: PHP2,000.00 will be collected in the app. Note that this amount is not associated with the event registration fees below and are paid separately).
2. PRC LERIS Registration. Register for the oathtaking through PRC LERIS: https://online.prc.gov.ph.
3. Event Registration. Pay the required event registration fees via PICE Iloilo allowed payment channels: PHP3,000.00 – Oathtaker, PHP1,500.00 – per Guest
4. Finalize your Registration. Complete your registration at the PICE Iloilo website through the dedicated registration form. Be ready to upload your receipt and your photo.

PRC Instructions for Oathtakers (Read carefully)

1. Register to confirm your attendance to the Face to Face Oathtaking by securing an Online Appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph. Select: PRC ILOILO (Note: Slots are taken depending on its availability online.)
2. Make sure that you have secured an online appointment, even if you have attended the face-to face Oathtaking, but your name is not in the Official List of Attendees, you will not be tagged as ATTENDED in the LERIS; (Note: Failure to secure an Online Appointment Schedule with QR Code before the scheduled Oathtaking, will result to the non-confirmation of your Attendance in the system.)
3. On the day of the Oathtaking, come on time and submit the following to the PRC ATTENDANCE VALIDATOR a printed copy of Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (Oath Form) with generated QR Code (“No Oath Form, No Tagging of Names”) (Note: Failure to personally submit your printed Oath Form before the Administration of the Oath, will result in non-confirmation of your attendance in the ceremony. You cannot proceed with your initial Registration, if your name has not been tagged as “ATTENDED” in the system.)
4. Oathtakers who will arrive late or after the administration of the Oath of Professional, will not be tagged as ATTENDED.
5. If you have a problem with your PRC LERIS Account or with recorded “mismatched”, visit the PRC office personally to update your account.

Schedule of Fees

• PHP3,000.00 – Registration Fee for Oathtaker inclusive of Food and Venue (PHP1,500), Official PICE Pin, Hardhat, Logistics and Contingency (PHP1,500)
• PHP1,500.00 – Extra Guest

Example Computation: You will be going with two guests

• PHP3,000.00 – your registration fee
• PHP3,000.00 – two extra guests at PHP1,500.00 per head
• PHP6,000.00 – total payment due

Once you have made the payment , have your graduation photo ready and the proof of payment and upload them in the official event registration. Link can be found below.

Once your registration is complete, we will send your e-ticket as soon as we can. We encourage you to stick to the deadline to avoid any inconvenience or non-inclusion of your photo in the display when your name is called.
