The PICE Iloilo Chapter will be organizing a Special Oath-Taking Ceremony in coordination with the Professional Regulation Commission. Please take time to read all of the guidelines to avoid any inconvenience during the oathtaking ceremony.

General Information

• Date and Time: June 26, 2023, Monday, 2:00PM
• Venue: Ann Margaret Hall, Diversion 21 Hotel, Mandurriao, Iloilo City
• Attire: Filipiniana (adhering to standards set by the PRC)
• Reminder: Wearing of facemasks are optional. Participants and guests experiencing flu-like symptoms are encouraged to wear facemasks at all times.
• Deadline of Registration: June 25, 2023, 12:00NN

PRC Instructions for Oathtakers (Read carefully)

1. Register to confirm your attendance to the Face to Face Oathtaking not later than June 25, 2023, 12:00noon by securing an Online Appointment at https://online.prc.gov.ph. Select: PRC ILOILO (Note: Slots are taken depending on its availability online.)
2. Make sure that you have secured an online appointment, even if you have attended the face-to face Oathtaking, but your name is not in the Official List of Attendees, you will not be tagged as ATTENDED in the LERIS;
3. On the day of the Oathtaking, come on time and submit the following to the PRC ATTENDANCE VALIDATOR: (a) printed copy of Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (Oath Form) with generated QR Code (“No Oath Form, No Tagging of Names”); (b) valid ID or previously issued Notice of Admission (NOA); and (c) vaccination card or negative RT-PCR results taken 48 hours before the oathtaking (Note: Failure to personally submit your printed Oath Form before the Administration of the Oath, will result in non-confirmation of your attendance in the ceremony. You cannot proceed with your initial Registration, if your name has not been tagged as “ATTENDED” in the system.)
4. Oathtakers who will arrive late or after the administration of the Oath of Professional, will not be tagged as ATTENDED.
5. If you have a problem with your PRC LERIS Account or with recorded “mismatched”, visit the PRC office personally to update your account.

Full Event Registration Steps

1. REGISTER FOR THE PRC OATHTAKING. Register at the PRC Official Website (https://online.prc.gov.ph) no later than June 25, 2023, 12:00NN. Please make sure you have read all of the PRC Instructions for Oathtakers above. Only those registered on the PRC website will be accommodated. Names not on the list of PRC will be denied entry as PRC representatives will check the official registration list on the day of the event. Existing licensed engineers who wishes to join as PICE Member may skip this step and proceed to Step 2.
2. PAY THE EVENT AND PICE FEES. Proceed paying the fees to register as member of the PICE and to defray food, souvenir, and other logistical expenses (breakdown available below) at your respective payment channels (See below). Secure a screenshot or proof of payment as this will be needed in Step 4.
3. FILE YOUR PICE MEMBERSHIP FORM. Download the PICE Registration Form (Membership-Registration-Form.pdf) and fill this up together with your 2×2 photo (labelled with your family name at the back). Please leave the “Membership Status” portion blank. If you do not have a PRC ID No. yet, also leave it blank. Scan this document as this will also be needed in Step 4. The hard copy must be submitted before entering the venue of the oathtaking.
4. REGISTER FOR EVENT. Register at the PICE Registration Form (this form) and provide all the necessary information. Be sure to upload your proof of payment and PICE Registration Form. If you have a graduation photo or business attire portrait photo, you may also upload it as this will be flashed on screen.

What to Bring on the Day of Event

1. Printed Copy of Panunumpa ng Propesyonal (Oath Form) with QR Code*
2. Official Online Reservation (To be emailed to you by PICE before the event)
3. Valid ID or previously issued Notice of Admission*
4. Vaccination card or negative RT-PCR result taken 48 hours before the event*
5. PICE Membership Form with 2×2 Photo

* These are to be presented/submitted to the PRC Attendance Validator

• PHP4,000.00 – Registration Fee for Oathtaker inclusive of Food and Venue (PHP1,250), PICE Initial Membership Fee for new members (PHP1,000), Annual Membership Due (PHP1,000), PICE ID (PHP150), PICE Pin, Hardhat, Logistics and Contingency (PHP600)
• PHP1,250.00 – Extra Guest

Example Computation: You will be going with two extra guests

• PHP4,000.00 – your registration fee
• PHP2,500.00 – two extra guests at PHP1,250.00 per head
• PHP6,500.00 – total payment due
